Brewing Instructions
Western brewing:
Use 1.5g of tea per 250ml teapot with 185-194°F (85-90°C) water. Steep for 2-3 minutes, allowing up to 3 infusions.
Gongfu brewing:
Use 4g of tea per 150ml gaiwan or teapot. Pre-warm the vessel. Brew with 194°F (90°C) water. Steep for 30-40 seconds for the first 4 infusions, adding 10 seconds from the fifth onwards. Enjoy 8-10 infusions.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from light and moisture.
