Brewing Instructions
Western brewing:
Use 1.5g of tea per 250ml teapot with 90°C (194°F) boiled water. Steep for 3 minutes per infusion. Refill when 1/3 of the tea remains. Enjoy up to 2 infusions.
Gongfu brewing:
Use 4g of tea per 150ml Gaiwan or teapot. Pour hot water (90°C/194°F) into the teaware until it's 1/3 full. Add tea to stimulate aroma, then fill the teaware with hot water. Steep for 30 seconds for the first brew, adding 10 seconds for subsequent brews. Enjoy up to 6 infusions.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from light and moisture.
