Story of Silver Needles (Bai Hao Yin Zhen):

Silver Needles, also known as Bai Hao Yin Zhen, is a premium white tea from Fujian Province, China. This tea is made from only the youngest, most tender buds of the tea plant, which are carefully handpicked during a short harvest window in early spring. The name "Silver Needles" comes from the tiny, silvery hairs that cover the buds, giving the tea leaves a beautiful, shimmering appearance. The delicate processing method used to create Silver Needles preserves its natural flavours and aromas, resulting in a subtle, sweet, and refreshing tea that is highly prized among tea connoisseurs.
