Brewing Instructions

Western brewing: 2g / 400ml teapot, 90°-100°c water. Waiting 3-5 mins for each infusion, up to 3 infusions.

Gongfu brewing: 4g / 150ml gaiwan or teapot. 95-100°c water. A quick rinse to wake up the tea. Wait 30 secs for the first 4 infusions, add 10 secs from the fifth. Up to 10 infusions. New experience: Boil the tea for 3 mins to bring more flavor!

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from light and moisture.
