Story of Raw Pu-er (Ancient Single Tree)

Raw Pu-er, also known as Sheng Pu-er, is an unfermented tea from Yunnan Province, China. This particular Raw Pu-er is sourced from ancient single trees, which are known for their unique and complex flavour profiles. These tea trees have grown undisturbed for centuries in the pristine, high-altitude environment of Yunnan, producing tea leaves with a deep, nuanced taste that evolves with each steeping. Raw Pu-er is typically compressed into cakes and can be aged for many years, developing more complex flavours and a smoother texture over time. As the tea ages, it becomes increasingly sought-after by tea collectors and enthusiasts alike.
