The aging process allows the tea to develop deep, earthy notes while still retaining the delicate, smooth characteristics of white tea. Aged white tea is considered a rare and special treat among tea enthusiasts, with each year of aging adding depth and complexity to its flavour.

Best white tea I have had. Light and smooth.
Amazingly smooth flavour, brings me back to Tasmania every time I have a brew!
A staff on Salamanca Market mentioned that this tea can be boiled. Skeptical, I tried it and was pleasantly surprised by the pronounced Chinese dry date flavour. It elevated the entire experience!
Love how this white tea is naturally sweet with a lower caffeine content. I often have it after dinner, and it never interferes with my sleep.
This is my third purchase of this Aged White Tea. I simply can't get enough of its unique taste. Every cup is consistent in its honeyed sweetness.

I absolutely the Jasmine Dragon Pearls/ Buddhas Tears. I have a very sensitive tummy and often struggle to unwind after a long workday. With this amazing tea , it’s such so tasteful and light and ooh so refreshing and relaxing. I’ve tried so many different teas but this is my all time favourite.
This is probably one of my favourite teas, so delicious!
Good quality product but the container cover needs improvement., easily loose and not air tight .
I'd never thought to combine Puerh with lavender, but this makes for a very soothing flavour combination. The calming lavender and earthy puerh feels very 'Tasmanian'. I'm looking forward to trying more teas here.
Such a lovely, sweet, smooth tea.

Dong Ding Oolong is one of my go-to teas when working long hours in the clinic. It gives me a lovely little lift and brightens my mind so I can be a better practitioner. It has beautiful floral aromatic tones and such a clean finish. I love to drink this tea in my Gaiwan tea pots! Moment of Tea are the best!
I tried this tea at the Salamanca Market's earlier this year and absolutely fell in love, slowly worked my way through the tin I bought over the past few months and have finally ordered a replacement. Absolutely going to keep coming back as I drink this at least a few times every week!
