Brewing Instructions

Western brewing:
Use 2g of tea per 250ml teapot with 185-194°F (85-90°C) water. Steep for 3 minutes, allowing up to 2 infusions. 

Gongfu brewing:
Use 4g of tea per 150ml gaiwan or teapot. Pre-warm the vessel. Brew with 194°F (90°C) water. Steep for 20 seconds for the first infusion, adding 10 seconds from the second onwards. Enjoy 5-6 infusions.
