Story of Alishan Oolong

Alishan Oolong is a high-mountain oolong grown in the Alishan region of Taiwan. Its cultivation began in the 1980s and has since become one of Taiwan's most famous teas. Our premium collection of Alishan High-mountain Oolong is handpicked and expertly processed from the tea region at an altitude of 1300 meters, undergoing a meticulous withering, rolling, and oxidation process to develop its signature characteristics. The high elevation and cool climate contribute to the tea's unique sweet and buttery taste and pleasant aftertaste, making it a sought-after delicacy among tea enthusiasts worldwide. The Alishan area is known for its picturesque landscapes, misty peaks, and fertile soil, providing an ideal environment for tea cultivation.
