Christmas Nectar is our premium Shou Mei White Tea from Fujian, China. This tea is characterized by its eyebrow-shaped leaves, which are less bud-dense than White Peony. Its distinctive, smooth, honey-like sweetness makes it a popular choice for tea enthusiasts. Brewing Instructions

Western brewing:
Use 1.5g of tea per 250ml teapot with 85-90°C (185-194°F) water. Steep for 3 minutes per infusion, allowing up to 3 infusions.

Gongfu brewing:
Use 5g of tea per 150ml gaiwan or teapot. Pre-warm the vessel. Brew with 95°C (203°F) water, and steep for 40 seconds for the first 3 infusions, adding 10 seconds from the fourth brew onwards. Enjoy up to 6 infusions. Ideal for long-time steeping and particularly refreshing in spring and summer.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from light and moisture.
